TRC is a 48 bed facility governed by a Board of Directors that has been in business in OKC at NW 25th & Classen Blvd. in Oklahoma City since 1981. Operational costs are funded by contracts with the state, insurance, and private pay patients.
TRC is the only private, not-for-profit program in central Oklahoma available 24-hours a day, seven days a week to assess (and admit when appropriate) consumers—persons identified as needing substance abuse services that meet state eligibility criteria. Private detoxification and outpatient services are available for consumers who do not meet state eligibility criteria.
Due to the progressive nature of chemical dependency, The Recovery Center strives to meet consumers at the moment they reach out for help. Appropriately trained personnel complete assessments (and admissions when appropriate) at all hours of the day and night. Now accepting HealthChoice and Value Options Insurance for Oklahomans.
