Withdraw Management (Inpatient & Ambulatory Outpatient Detoxification)
The Recovery Center has a 36-bed medically-supervised detoxification unit. With emphasis on good nutrition and best practices, links to self-help support groups and planning for continuing care, TRC guides clients through the physical and emotional crisis of withdrawal. During the average stay of 10 days, clients participate in structured, daily activities including educational groups, AA/NA groups and develop a care plan to address the next step in recovery.
TRC’s detoxification unit is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Because the need for chemical dependency assessments and detoxification (medically monitored inpatient withdrawal management and ambulatory) admissions occurs at all hours of the day and night, TRC provides trained and qualified medical and milieu staff members to perform these services. All staff members requiring licensing or special training have secured the appropriate credentials. Inpatient and ambulatory withdrawal management program is overseen by our Medical Director and our Licensed Registered Nurse-Director of Nursing and a Licensed Nurse Manager. The Medical Director, a Licensed Physician, in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, develops and implements medically related policies and procedures based on research, evidence-based practices, field recognition, and/or published best-practice guidelines.
Fees for treatment are based on a sliding scale, if you do not meet state eligibility criteria. We now accept most major insurance plans, and we will work with your insurance company to verify what benefits will cover your treatment expenses. We will be able to give you a primary assessment of your options and if you qualify for coverage through personal insurance, the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse, or may need to be paid out-of-pocket.
