01

Pre-Screening

When you arrive, we’ll start with a quick pre-screening (if not already done online or by phone). If there’s a short wait, food is always available for anyone who’s hungry.

02

Admissions Process

If you’re eligible after the pre-screening, you’ll meet with staff and a nurse for an assessment to help us understand your needs and provide the best support during your stay.

03

Dress Out and Check In

After admissions, you’ll change into provided scrubs, and any personal items will be securely stored. Then, we’ll take you upstairs to meet the staff, see your room, and begin your healing journey.
