Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) is designed for individuals who are ready to continue their recovery while maintaining work, school, or family responsibilities. IOP offers structured support, accountability, and therapeutic care—without requiring residential treatment.
Program Schedule
Participants in our IOP will attend:
Group therapy sessions on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays
4:30 PM – 7:30 PMOne (1) individual therapy session per week
What to Expect
IOP provides a supportive space to:
Build coping skills and relapse-prevention strategies
Process emotions and experiences in a group setting
Work one-on-one with a therapist to focus on individual goals
Strengthen recovery through connection, education, and accountability
